- Exceptional Pay: Earn $19 - $22/hour depending on experience
- $3/hour Night Shift Premium: earn an additional $3 per hour for working night shifts! This premium pay is our way of appreciating your dedication and hard work during the late hours.
- Flexible Work-Life Balance: Day Shift: 4:30 - 4:45PM ; Night Shift: 4:30 PM - 4:45 AM

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS Successful Machine Operator's at Weaver Popcorn share a principle-centered mission around safety and quality with a commitment to themselves, their fellow associates, and their company.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be fluent in English
- High School Diploma / GED / HSE preferred but not required
