As a Production Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring that our globally recognized products are produced safely, efficiently, and timely.

  • Exceptional Pay: Earn $19 - $22/hour depending on experience
  • $3/hour Night Shift Premium: earn an additional $3 per hour for working night shifts! This premium pay is our way of appreciating your dedication and hard work during the late hours.

Your Role
  • Operational Excellence: Operate, manage, and maintain production equipment, ensuring our top-quality popcorn is produced efficiently and safely.
  • Maintenance Mastery: Perform routine maintenance upkeep, like cleaning and lubrication, to keep machines at peak performance.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Adjust machine and settings to minimize downtime and complete tasks accurately and timely.
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety guidelines, always using appropriate PPE.
  • Quality Focus: Monitor production to identify and correct quality issues to maintain our high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log production activities such as equipment performance and product yields.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with team regarding production schedules, equipment issues, and product quality to ensure effective and efficient production is delivered.
  • Skill Development: Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills related to production equipment and processes.
  • General Labor: Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS Successful Machine Operator's at Weaver Popcorn share a principle-centered mission around safety and quality with a commitment to themselves, their fellow associates, and their company.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • High School Diploma / GED / HSE preferred but not required
