The Call Center Agent at Webcraft Stylers is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries or concerns. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns by providing accurate information or escalating to the appropriate department.
- Document and update customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
