Position Overview :
We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is driven to offer top-notch support to the customers of Webb Automotive Group.
The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor, possess a proactive problem-solving ability, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with both service and sales customers for future appointments, ensuring retention and fostering a strong connection between the service department and the client.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Service Advisors and Service Managers to meet and surpass team objectives.
- Address customer queries related to service tasks professionally, directing them to Service Advisors when necessary.
- Consistently record and monitor set appointments using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Commit to achieving monthly and quarterly call and appointment targets, while nurturing customer relationships.
Qualifications :
- A High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Articulate verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conform to a structured work environment, maintaining adherence to guidelines and schedules.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and on Saturdays.
- Competency in basic computer applications.
Valuable Experience :
- Prior experience in the automotive sector is a benefit.
- Call center background is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
