Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects
- Inspect various systems and components of the home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and structural elements
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform inspections and accurately document findings
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly outline any observed deficiencies or concerns
- Communicate inspection findings to clients in a professional and informative manner
- Provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance based on inspection results
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance during inspections

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and current Virginia home inspectors license
- Must be able to stand, crawl, walk, climb, and lift 25 pounds
- Cell phone with data plan and willingness to learn how to operate a drone (if interested)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects
- Clean back ground (federal and state)
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey inspection findings to clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

We are the most technologically advanced inspection company around. We use air drones to inspect roofs when needed and tank drones to go into tight crawlspaces. Our web page is self service for clients. We also use the best report writing software on the market.

This job is excellent for employees who want to make the most of their time. You will get paid per job completed. This allows you to do 0-3 inspections per day. Depends on your availability and needs. This can be perfect as a part time job. Also, great for retirement income, extra income for family goals, stay-at-home moms, teachers with open evenings or weekends, bus drivers who have limited day time availability only, etc.

We are looking to start interviewing for this position immediately. With a start date depending on the future employees availability.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $175.00 - $1,275.00 per day

Expected hours: 2.5 – 40 per week
