Supervise and analyze, from a technical point of view, the current operational execution of the asset maintenance contract, as assigned, in order to identify, plan, propose, support and lead, if necessary, the implementation of timely operational improvement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the contracts, transferring the operational best practices from the different markets where the company already operates similar services.

• Oversee, from a technical perspective, the current operation of the assigned asset maintenance

• Understand and handle the contractual documents of the asset maintenance contract, as well as the applicable regulations of each of the asset types included in the
• Provide guidance and ensure effective communication in connection with the organization's improvement plan to be implemented by contract personnel, in order to ensure optimal involvement from their different roles, always in coordination with the Project Management Team.
• Perform the proper follow-up of the implemented actions, and their integration in the daily operation of the contract.

• Support the Project Management Team, in the negotiation, execution, and improvement of existing agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that the purchase is carried out in an appropriate and efficient
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Business Development Team in the preparation of offers for future business opportunities.
• Manage and support technical operations utilizing organizational tools and software such as but not limited to ESRI, ArcGIS, Survey123, Microsoft Planner, WorkForce, Support and lead contract deliverables to the Client inclusive of monthly reporting, status updates and performance benchmarks.
• Perform and support operations related to 3rd Party claims and customer service
• Provide guidance and ensure effective delivery of but not limited to Structural Work Orders, MRP Corrective Actions, Monthly Reporting and customer service resolutions.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with the company's overall operations and strategy
• Information Technology (IT) proficiency, working knowledge of relevant operating systems & software

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, IT or related field is required, preferably specializing in Transportation Infrastructure Management, or IT Services Development/Delivery/Deployment. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree,
• 3-5 years experience in leading large and diverse teams, preferably specializing in Transportation Infrastructure Management, or IT Services Development/Delivery/Deployment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record (Required)
• Extensive demonstrated IT knowledge (Required)
