Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Lawyer located in Howell Township, NJ. As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, handling all aspects of real estate closings, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice to clients. You will also negotiate agreements, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar association
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, including property rights, zoning regulations, and land use
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreements
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
