We're currently seeking an Associate, Influence to join our Integrated Media team in Detroit. We are looking for a collaboration-minded person with an interest in social media influencer relations, content creation and strategic planning in the influencer, paid and earned media space. Additionally, this person will assist in virtual event planning & productions and management and in managing and nourishing client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Research influencers, perform assessments and determine best fits for our brands
• Communicate with influencers, including making initial outreach, negotiations and content development
• Keep track of influencers that we are working with to ensure positive online sentiment as well as report on final campaign metrics and insights
• Create and populate presentations related to influencer assessments and creative ideation
• Learn tools related to social and media monitoring, consumer research and segmentation
• Perform ad-hoc desk research related to trends, influencers, media coverage and related topics
• Help craft target audiences and personas in partnership with analytics

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a similar field required
• 0-1 years of related professional experience
• Excellent communication/presentation skills; verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
