In this role, you will leverage strategic thinking and exceptional execution skills to support Futures' growth, marketing and operations efforts.
You'll work closely with the team to coordinate critical programs, ensuring seamless execution of events, client and employee sessions and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
NYC Salary range: $20/hr - $20/hr

You'll work closely with the team to coordinate critical programs, ensuring seamless execution of events, client and employee sessions and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain organizational tools, file libraries, and systems to track Futures projects and initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues to access and enhance them.
- Conduct research and development to support diverse team priorities, including potential partners, tools, marketing strategies, etc.
- Drive and support various project management tasks for the team.
- Aid in the development, packaging, marketing, distribution of Futures' IP and offerings, such as case studies, brand assets, and RFPs.
- Assist in event management by tracking RSVPs, liaising with vendors, and providing support for content development.
- Support content creation for Futures-owned channels, including the website, newsletters, and Teams communities.
- Contribute to diverse team programming that showcases innovative technologies like Gen AI and their practical applications.
