Your responsibilities include coordinating pre-job walk-throughs with customers, developing efficient project plans, and identifying opportunities for additional work. You'll take charge of your crew's safety and performance, overseeing their training and providing ongoing performance evaluations. Attendance records, record-keeping, and regular participation in company meetings are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements

We're looking for a Crew Leader is at least 18 years old and who has: 

• 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience
• experience leading a crew or a team
• a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• the desire to deliver best-in-class customer service
• excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• a desire to continue learning new skills and growing with us
