We are looking for a qualified Project Manager that can be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a BUILD and IDENTITY MANAGEMENT project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the project's objectives. They serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and leadership, communicating project progress, risks, and issues. Their role encompasses planning, organizing, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
2. Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions and delays.
5. Budget Management: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy client requirements.
7. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing impacts and adjusting plans accordingly.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
9. Issue Resolution: Address project issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
10. Closure: Facilitate project closure activities, including post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and final reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
