• A TA needs the create documentation and instructions for the audience, troubleshoot VPN and connectivity issues, become an SME on site-specific processes, manage small project timelines, administer Active Directory and remote desktop support tools, and work directly with executive leadership in supporting all IT needs.

• A TA should be self-managed, independent, responsible, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
