Brief Position Overview 

We are looking for an experienced, Denver-based and well-organized Senior Operations Manager to join our successful team in this important role.

Key Role Responsibilities

  1. Collaboratively plan and successfully implement goal achieving organizational strategies.
  • Plan and facilitate our established organizational strategic planning rhythm
  • Monthly Exec Team Meetings
  • Quarterly Strategic Planning
  • Quarterly All Team Convergences
  • Annual Planning – Exec Team and All–Company
  • Coordinate and participate in strategic planning 
  • Coordinating with our PEO for Benefits
  • Effectively project, plan for, and manage our human resources
  • Effectively create and manage budgets 
  1. Identify, prioritize, create & “Culturalize” operational processes to achieve company business objectives. 
  • Development of processes
  • Ensuring our team utilizing our processes
  • Regularly challenging our processes for constant improvement
  1. Effectively recruit, hire, onboard, manage & retain “A Game” team members.
  • Collaboratively develop and effectively manage the successful achievement of organizational SMARTs and BIG 3s
  • Effectively manage people using good listening, motivation and communication skills 
  • Develop and implement cultural initiatives to better engage our team
  • Ensure our team enjoys an intimate connection with our organizational Vision
  • Celebrate personal achievement of clearly defined, highly strategic, results-based objectives 
  • Vet team member ideas and suggestions (Ventures)

Your Experience & Skills 

  • Management-Level Experience Collaborating with C-Level, Developing and Implementing a Comprehensive Business Strategy  
  • Proven Success in and Operations Management role for a Professional Services Firm of at least 50 team members 
  • Experience Hiring, Onboarding and Managing Teams 
  • Experience Leading and Connecting a Team Based on Company Values 
  • Experience Identifying, Creating and “Culturalizing” Operational Processes 
  • Strong Ability to Work with, Organize and Understand Numbers 
  • Experience Creating a Cohesive & Connected Team Culture Through Proactive Initiatives 
  • The Ability to Quickly Learn New Software Systems & Tools Quickly
