We are looking for reliable, skilled applicants with a focus on teamwork and safety to join our rapidly growing company as a Product Placement Specialist. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts for our Bloomsburg Distribution Center, which is a temperature-controlled distribution facility.
Basic Overview:The Product Placement Specialist is responsible for assigning and reassigning primary bin locations in IDS using the product placement excel tool for all inventory as it enters the building (via purchase order, returns, shrinkwrap, etc.) and running inventory reports with the goal of optimization in mind. While working, we expect the team member to be accurate and detailed oriented as possible, thinking proactively about inventory issues and how to address them. Self-starting is a must. This position does not offer a continuous workflow so associates must remain productive once routine tasks are completed.
As a Product Placement Specialist you will:

• Assigning/Reassigning Primary bins for product in our inventory system utilizing our product placement Excel tool
• Monitoring incoming Purchase Orders/ Return “No-bins”, etc. for items without primary locations in 876
• Must be available over the walkie to assist with issues/rebins as they arise
• Completing daily Item Blends
• Running and analyzing IC reports (Open bin, Product Sales/Bin, Etc.) with the goal of optimizing product/bin efficiency
• Reassigning bins for building efficiency projects
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain patient, even under pressure

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be computer literate, Excel knowledge is a necessity
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates an understanding of how inventory flows from Rec. to Shipping
• A passion to serve and support others by collaborating with team members from different departments (ie. REC/SHIP/IC) to address bin/product issues
• Must be certified on SP to run reports directly from bins
• Must be self-starting and able to solve problems independently

You must be able to meet the following basic qualifications:

• Must be comfortable with heights up to 30ft
• Push and pull up to 150lbs
• Lift and carry up to 50 to 75lbs
• Constantly bend, reach, climb and stand throughout shift
• Work a full shift of 12 hours.
• Follow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, and quality standards, as well as attendance policies.

Language Skills:

• We require a business proficiency in the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 7pm-5:30am

Starting wage is $20.25/hr with raise potential up to $.88 every 6 months
