The Administrative Assistant / Leasing Coordinator will have the opportunity to use their skills in sales, marketing and customer service to effectively communicate all of our unique property features to prospective renters. Maintain compliance with laws as defined by each governing program related to the site. **This position can be either part time or full time**

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or leasing coordinator or in a similar role.
- Marketing experience is a plus, but not required**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in the property management / leasing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is beneficial.
