- Following up with existing and potential clients to provide exceptional customer service to brides, grooms, and their bridal parties
- Receiving and repacking merchandise
- Merchandising and maintaining the store
- Assisting in creating social media content
- Achieve outstanding feedback from customers regarding service and merchandise knowledge
- Meet and exceed given sales goals
- Effectively multitask and remain composed during busy store hours
- Genuine passion for working with customers and creating magical moments
- Previous sales experience and a love for the art of selling
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Desire to develop strong connections within your workplace
- Self-motivation and dedication to helping couples realize their wedding vision
- Availability during evenings and weekends, as our customers primarily shop during these times
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, climbing stairs throughout the day, and standing/walking for extended periods
