Wedgewood Weddings is hiring Kitchen Utility Attendants!

We're seeking dynamic individuals who can serve as Multi-Use Utility Persons in our kitchen operations. The Kitchen Utility staff at Wedgewood Weddings play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities include dishwashing, assisting with food preparation, plating dishes during events, and ongoing kitchen and facility maintenance.

Our ideal candidate will bring positive energy to our cohesive kitchen team. We offer flexible day and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends. Please note, availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential as we operate when our clients and guests celebrate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to set standards, including dishwashing, floor and countertop cleaning.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, portioning ingredients, prepping entrees, and making sauces.
• Plate food during events with attention to presentation and timing.
• Ensure proper sanitation of waste storage areas and disposal of solid waste.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas, walk-ins, coolers, and freezers.

Additional Details:

• This position requires availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as flexibility for shifts exceeding 8 hours and workweeks over 40 hours.
