Reports to: Branch Manager
Position Responsibilities - Essential:
- Represent PinPoint Pest Solutions with honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform pest control services both outdoors and indoors, including product mixing and mosquito control.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service experiences.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and demonstrate effective time management.
- Thrive in a results-oriented environment, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Adaptability to work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per day.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of one year of Pest Control Experience.
- Willingness to obtain a pesticide application license within 60 days of employment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in working with computers.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
