**Requirements**
The warehouse attendant/DOT driver must:
* Be 21 years of age or older.
* Have a CDL.
* Have a clean driving record.
* Be knowledgeable of Louisiana DOT regulations.
* Be able to read and write in English.
* Maintain driving logs, bills of lading and delivery tickets.
* Be able to drive a forklift.
* Be able to lift 50 pounds.
* Be able to pass a physical and drug screening.
