Role : Production Supervisor, Distribution Transformers (DT).
In this role, see yourself improving people's lives as well as production processes with focus on the following : Safety Advocacy : Actively promote a safe work environment, adhering to our Zero Accidents philosophy.
Identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.Recommend process or product improvements to enhance safety.Team Leadership and Compliance : Lead and manage production personnel, ensuring compliance with labor contracts and company policies.
Consistently enforce company rules and policies.Review and approve time and labor clock punches to ensure timely pay for team members.
Efficient Production Coordination : Collaborate with other production supervisors to synchronize processes and meet internal customer requirements.
Prevent capacity constraints and bottlenecks.Strive to achieve departmental goals related to output, quality, and on-time delivery.
Facility Excellence and Reporting : Maintain department cleanliness and order, following 5S principles.Prepare relevant production reports as needed.
Maintain open communication lines and resolve obstacles.Provide training to new employees, emphasizing standardized work methods and cross-training.
Talent Enhancement : Assess and assist in upgrading the department's talent base.Develop employees for growth and to meet market needs.
