Position Mission: Responsible for overseeing all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing projects and services in valuations and developing and managing staff. Work closely with partners and staff and play a key role in client management, practice development, and business development for an assigned group of clients.

Primary duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee and apply business valuation approaches and methods to a variety of tangible and non-tangible assets, including equity valuations, option analyses, and purchase allocations.
• Plan, execute, direct and complete valuations for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, non-profit, high-tech, real estate, and financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice.
• Demonstrate leadership, business development, recruitment, training and mentoring experience.
• Oversee the assembly, maintenance, and finalization of working papers that support valuations.
• Assist clients by leading teams that apply traditional and cutting-edge valuation approached and methods to a variety of analyses.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

Certifications

ABV, ASA, CFA, MAI or related license/certification.

Skills and Experience

• 10 years of Purchase price allocation and intangible asset valuation experience
• Knowledge of business valuation for all purposes including state and gift tax
• Knowledge of transaction analysis work.
