The below is a position with ASPEQ Heating Group. ASPEQ Heating Group is a marketplace leader in innovative electric heating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. With a portfolio that includes baseboard, wall, unit and infrared heaters as well as ceiling fans and air circulators, we create simplified heating solutions for our complex work.
How You Will Make An Impact (Job Summary)SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Custodian, you will perform numerous tasks to insure the cleanliness of the facility.
What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
  • Empty trash bins throughout the facility.
  • Stock restrooms with supplies.
  • Cut up and dispose of tubing boxes in the Fill area.
  • Dispose of cardboard throughout the facility.
  • Empty scrap hoppers throughout the facility.
  • Load scrap trailer.
  • Maintain janitorial supplies inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness of main aisle ways.
  • Refill water stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of grounds outside of the facility.
  • Other duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:
Required Experience
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
Preferred Education & Certifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent
Travel & Working Environment
  • Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
