The below is a position with ASPEQ Heating Group. ASPEQ Heating Group is a marketplace leader in innovative electric heating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. With a portfolio that includes baseboard, wall, unit and infrared heaters as well as ceiling fans and air circulators, we create simplified heating solutions for our complex work.
How You Will Make An Impact (Job Summary)SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate customer orders and inquiries between manufacturing plants, sales, support departments, and external customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
  • Order Management
  • Receive and process orders in an ERP system
  • Enter, edit, and cancel orders in ERP system
  • Differentiate appropriate steps based on order type or circumstances
  • Manage RMA credits and replacement orders
  • Customer Engagement and Support:
  • Answer calls and e-mails concerning orders, delivery schedules, shipment details, etc.
  • Coordinate customer shipment details
  • Resolve problems quickly and efficiently
What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:
Required Experience
  • 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Prior Customer Service experience with order entry responsibilities
  • Detailed and deadline oriented
  • Pleasant disposition and eagerness to see issue through to completion
Education & Certifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
