We own and manage our communities and are looking for motivated new employees to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.

Location: 2000 Riverside Apartments - Richmond, VA
PAY: $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Other: Benefits, vacation time, regional fun days, lots of holidays off and paid, plus your birthday is a paid day off!
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning common areas, offices, interior hallways, fitness center, amenities, trash rooms, laundry rooms, clean and stock coffee station
- cleaning vacant units and freshens
- cleaning model apartment home.
At least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus!
