This position provides clerical and adminstrative support to the Human Resources Department. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of employee data and recordsss in accordance with hospital policies., JCAHO standards, and current governmental regulations. This position answers, screens and directs phone calls and relays messages accurately. Other duties include: maintaining department forms and supplies, filing, preparing invoices, assists new hires with the onboarding and orientation process. Assists in HR and employee events.
Candidate must be available for full-time employment Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM.
Candidate must be a high school graduate with strong celrical and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and menu driven programs. College business/secretarial courses preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Two to three years related experience is required.
