Welbehealth is Hiring an AVP, Network Access Near Brooklyn, NY

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.
The AVP, Network Access will be accountable for providing optimal access to care and an outstanding network partner experience across WelbeHealth PACE, nationally. This dynamic leader will champion a unique approach to network contracting and payment operations in accordance with core principles of the PACE philosophy, and that is scalable and replicable across diverse regions, market dynamics, and service types. This includes designing, building, and sustaining compliant, multi-state networks and payment operations in support of enterprise goals for patient experience and quality care.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Accountable for network access and quality, as well as payments processing and plan operations performance
  • Design and actualize a national network development strategy, oversee highly elaborate executive negotiations, engage in strategic business development efforts, and develop required infrastructure to support multi-state high-quality networks, to ensure access across all WelbeHealth programs
  • Exceed key performance indicators through a network and plan operations model that delivers appropriate balance of local-first approach with scale, compliance, satisfaction, financial outcomes, and consistency
  • Champion a provider service-centric approach, with an ownership mindset toward delivering a seamless experience that drives value
  • Develop strategic initiatives to drive participant census growth and sustained enrollment through unique and high-quality delivery models
  • Cultivate and guide a high-performance team known for consistency of meeting goals, partnering cross-functionally, and individual/team satisfaction
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight (8) years leading in value-based care or managed care, with some direct exposure to network contracting, health plan operations, and overseeing teams
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated experience mentoring and developing team members
  • Demonstrated comprehension of intricate market dynamics and synthesizing into impactful strategy benefitting the patient
  • Experience scaling highly elaborate and regulated operations, preferably in the value-based care setting.
  • Knowledge of payor/ provider dynamics

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $204,363 - $255,454 / year Bonus Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
