    POSITION: Elementary Education 1st grade at Homyak PK-8 School
    SALARY RANGE:School District Comprehensive Benefits Package. Salary Range of $45,000 - $97,088 this based on 23-24 salary schedule, 24-25 salary schedule will be used for final offer. We will give all years depending on experience and education with additional opportunities for tuition reimbursement. This position may qualify for up to five additional steps on the certified salary schedule. This will be based on education and experience.     QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
    • Minimum B. A. or B. S. in Elementary Education.
    • Hold or be able to obtain Colorado Teachers' Certificate/License in Elementary Education from Colorado Department of Education.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Colorado standards and assessments and the ability to facilitate data driven instruction and the standards based classroom.
    • Demonstrated ability to ensure student academic success/experience in a primary level classroom. Prefer experience with Core Knowledge curriculum and practices.
    • Strong background in integrating the teaching of reading and writing and math problem solving skills.
    • Computer and Technology skills preferred.
    • Able to work as a team member/experience with data driven instruction preferred.
    • Experience working with diverse populations.
    • Coaching available.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    • Assignment starting date is early as 7/31/2024.
    • All contracts/agreements for employment of personnel shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Education.
