Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reliability Manager at Welded Tube USA, located in Lackawanna, NY. The Reliability Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring the reliability and maintenance of Welded Tube USA's equipment and systems. This includes developing and implementing maintenance and reliability improvement strategies, analyzing equipment performance data, optimizing maintenance schedules, and managing maintenance team personnel. Develop a work climate that promotes good working relations and continuous communication with unionized employees.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in equipment reliability and maintenance management
• Experience with reliability maintenance techniques, such as Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and direct teams effectively
• Experience with software programs used for maintenance management, such as CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years related work experience in installing and maintaining a variety of equipment in an automated, high-tech production facility.
• A minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to include implementation of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program and experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives is a plus
• Professional certification in reliability engineering (CRE) or maintenance and reliability (CMRP) is preferred
