Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as the Director of Development at Well4Tech. The Director of Development will be responsible for managing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, and implementing philanthropic initiatives. This role will be located in Farmington, CT, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropy
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
- Proven track record in successful fundraising
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the health and wellness technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
