**EL PUESTO**
Como Customer Service Agent formars parte del equipo de Atencin al Cliente cuya funcin engloba todos los procesos desde la recepcin de los pedidos hasta su facturacin, dando soporte y servicio a las necesidades del cliente, as como la tramitacin y gestin de las incidencias que puedan ocasionarse.
**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**
* Gestin del ciclo diario de recepcin de pedidos, planificacin y entrega a clientes.
* Resolucin de consultas e incidencias de clientes y de la fuerza de ventas.
* Realizar todas aquellas operaciones de Atencin al Cliente que puedan derivarse del servicio prestado, as como la gestin y resolucin de reclamaciones.
* Mantener el nivel de servicio segn los parmetros, tipologa de cliente, rentabilidad y estrategia comercial.
* Recopilar la informacin y soporte correspondiente al anlisis de KPIs de servicio.
* Identificar los principales puntos de mejora y proponer acciones correctivas tanto a nivel cliente como producto/familia junto con los responsables del rea funcional afectada.
**REQUISITOS**
* Ciclo formativo medio vinculado a las reas administrativa o de gestin
* Experiencia laboral en gestin y atencin a clientes
* Dominio herramientas informticas (Office - Excel).
* Se valorar conocimientos en SAP y CRM diseadas para Atencin al Cliente.
* Perfil con orientacin al cliente, resolutivo, habilidades comunicativas y trabajo en equipo.
* Ingls nivel B2
