We are seeking a degreed personal trainer that wants to make fitness their career but needs stability and seeks work-life balance.
We also own and operate the nation’s #1 performing studio in Central Georgetown and have set up our Tysons Corner Team for the same success with continued growth opportunities. Our Tysons studio is located at 8300 Boone Blvd Ste 160, Vienna, VA 22182.Our Personal Trainers Earn
- Target Total Pay with Benefits & Bonuses $53,500 to $58,500/year
- Base Salary starting from $45,000 to $50,000/year
- Benefits Package Approx Value $6,900/year
- Team Bonuses Approx Value $1,500/year
- Opportunity for performance raises and growth into leadership
- Health insurance with vision & dental, 50% paid by company
- $500/year continuing education
- 5-days paid vacation
- Up to 8-days paid holiday
- Have a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.
- At least 1-year of personal training experience is preferred but we will take you through an extensive onboarding and training process to set you up for success and provide continual professional development.
- Be available for a full-time schedule/shift Monday-Thursday 100pm-900pm & Saturday 700am-315pm; every 6th week Saturday will be given off and Friday 600am-215pm will be worked instead
