Role Overview:

As a Senior Market Research Manager, you'll oversee and execute comprehensive qualitative research projects within the pharmaceutical sector. You will thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment where your contributions are celebrated. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design: Contribute to designing qualitative pharmaceutical research projects.
• Questionnaire Development: Write screeners and questionnaires and prepare discussion guides with minimal oversight.
• Interviewing: Conduct both in-person and telephone interviews.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data, prepare near-final reports, and develop actionable conclusions.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Business Development: Engage in new business development activities.
• Mentorship: Mentor and train junior team members in qualitative research methodologies and pharmaceutical industry insights.
• Travel: Travel as needed for research and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on market research experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in qualitative research and a solid understanding of quantitative research processes.
• Moderation: Experience moderating in-person and phone interviews.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Our client cannot sponsor visas at this time.
