Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating business-focused projects. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, the ability to influence and hold people accountable, and the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business-focused projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Influence and hold team members accountable to deliver project tasks on time.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, JIRA, and SmartSheet to manage project documentation and reporting.
• Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement operational standards that ensure compliance with both operational and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a business-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, JIRA, and SmartSheet.
• Experience with compliance and operational aspects of project management.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in various tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and initiative-taking approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the fintech or dental industry.
• Familiarity with systems integration and API design.
• Must be extroverted and comfortable approaching people for updates and influencing them.
• Should be flexible and not overly rigid in project management methodologies.
• Ability to think on your feet and make quick, effective decisions.
• Should have a proven track record of staying in roles for a significant period, demonstrating growth and progression within previous positions.
