Job Overview:
Join our team as a Personal Assistant where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization and providing personalized assistance to senior executives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of our executives.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, proofreading, data entry, and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle front desk duties, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support executive productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Outlook Calendar and Google Suite for scheduling and communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives, clients, and team members.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience in data entry, transcribing, or front desk operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
