Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Not just a desk job; will work in the field as needed. We are a people and family first business. Responsibilities:

- Oversee activities and manage operations effectively

- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Assist in sales management, including setting targets and monitoring performance

- Supervise and train cleaning techs, providing guidance and support as needed

- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting in ordering products

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment

- Contribute to management tasks such as policies, procedures procedures

Experience:

- Proven experience in management, preferably in a housekeeping environment

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus

- Familiarity with inventory control practices and pricing strategies
