SummaryThe registered Sonographer will provide ultrasound services, timely and efficiently, at appropriate levels to all patients and in all settings served by the department. The registered Sonographer will also perform tasks and duties as outlined in the Imaging Services Department’s Policy and Procedure Manual and will assist in assigned administrative task.
Qualifications/Education/Licenses/Certification
- Certification- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in a least one of the advanced certifications, but preferably two.
- Certification-Basic Life Support (CPR) with in 7 days of hire
