Job Purpose:The Clinical Supervisor – CCS West Bend is an integral part of the CCS team, providing consistent support, clinical supervision, and leadership for the CCS Care Coordination team and supervises the Clinical Therapists, Service Facilitators, and/or Parent Support Specialists. 

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family and corresponding independent licensure required. Master’s level LCSW, LPC, or equivalent preferred; LPC-IT, APSW may be considered (supervision of clinical hours provided).
  • Five years post masters experience providing individual, child, group, and family therapy preferred.
  • Some prior supervisory experience required.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle and meet agency auto insurance requirements.
  • Training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes and work successfully with internal and external stake holders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the application of clinical theories, practices, and techniques of casework.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to behavioral health, children, youth, and families.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; including strong public speaking and report writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define problem areas, assemble facts and recommend solutions

Duties:

  • Provides consistent support, clinical consultation, and clinical supervision for the assigned Comprehensive Community Services Service Facilitators, Clinical Therapists, and/or Parent Support Specialists in order to help increase protective factors for the individuals and families we serve. 
  • Provides weekly supervision to assigned staff and maintains ongoing documentation and billing for services provided.
  • Supports and assists assigned staff with crisis management.
  • Assists staff in goal setting and all aspects of treatment planning during supervision, consultation, and staffing.
  • Demonstrates leadership that facilitates professional growth for all staff.
  • Convenes and facilitates case consultation for individuals and groups to provide advocacy and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Assures documentation in accordance with HFS 36.
  • Provides on-site consultation as indicated.
  • Reviews clinical documentation of assigned staff to assure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Integrates 7EI and reflective practice model into clinic supervision and staffing sessions.
  • Supports expansion of clinical intervention services in support of CCS model.
  • Develops training model for area students, providing supervision and quality training experience.
  • Supervises assigned department personnel which includes the following responsibilities, but are not limited to hiring, learning, scheduling, evaluating, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the completion of all work performed by direct reports.
  • Educates direct reports on all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Meets with assigned staff regularly to identify and resolve problems, manage projects, track goals, and review work processes and procedures.
  • Represents team and/or department at meetings, events, and learning as needed.
