In this role, you will :

• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Educate new Advisors on the performance reporting system
• Responsible for performance reporting expense identification and process oversight
• Manage Fee Based Planning services program
• Publish and manage content relative to InfoMAX® and SharePoint across Advice and Planning
• Review submissions and participate in effective control management for promotional marketing communication
• Understand Advice and Planning product feedback from Advisors to disposition key Product Field Integration strategic priorities
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

Required Qualifications :

6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• 6 month experience working with Financial Advisors
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business initiatives
• Prior experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and ensure attention to detail to meet compliance standards
• Experience building effective relationships with internal partners
• Proficient in MS Office with Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working with InfoMax and SharePoint
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
