Overview:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join Global Treasury Management team as a satellite CAO, supporting the Product organization: In this pivotal role, you will lead administrative functions and provide strategic support for our Global Treasury Management's product transformation. Your expertise in large deal reviews, product governance, New Business Initiatives (NBI), product migrations and launches, and product-centric knowledge management will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of GTM products.
The role will:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to GTM Product leadership team.
  • In addition to the daily operational management routines, the CAO will support the delivery of the Product group's strategic priorities, as well as keeping key stakeholders informed on day-to-day activities of the operations.
  • Driving progress to meet strategic organizational goals and managing the many tasks that are critical to the efficient and effective operation of the business function.
  • Be responsible for helping executive leaders manage change and translate the strategic vision to their teams and internal partners, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Achieve integrated organizational goals by defining objectives, measures, and protocols, providing the vision, and ensuring plans are aligned, facilitating collaboration, and monitoring progress.
In This Role, Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Operational Management: Day-to-day operational management, which includes financials, headcount/Human Capital etc.
  • Strategic Leadership: Work with the Sr. leadership team to define and communicate strategic goals for the organization. Represent and communicate shared vision across the team and with partners across the company.
  • Transformation: Drive administrative, operational, reporting, productivity and quality improvements through special projects in partnership with internal teams.
  • Human Resources: Assist with HR, learning and development, and talent-related exercises across the organization.
  • Executive Presentations: Lead the preparation and production of executive presentations, including but not limited to business reviews, board meetings, regulator meetings, all hands meetings, etc.
  • Scorecards, KPIs: Develop and oversee monthly scorecards for risk, operational, customer experience, enterprise OKRs and ensure timely submissions to ensure areas trending red have remediation plans and timeframes and that accurate status information is provided to the senior management.
  • Support for other administrative duties and ad hoc projects, as necessary including Finance, Technology, HR, Vendor Management and coordination with other Business Office teams to build and maintain the appropriate supporting infrastructure for SP&ECM business management.
  • Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed for SP&ECM (where required).
  • Work with divisional support Managers to ensure clear and timely reporting of new and emerging business management issues to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • 8 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 8 years of Treasury Management experience within product.
  • Deep understanding of treasury management operations, financial markets, liquidity management, and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated management experience building and leading a high performing and engaged team
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence
  • Transformational leader who understands and leverages latest technology and tools to accelerate effectiveness and maximize efficiency
  • Disciplined operational thinker who can manage in a complex risk environment
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
  • Experience with sales reporting, performance metrics development, and business insights generation within a financial services context
  • Familiarity with robotics process automation (RPA) technologies and automation frameworks to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actional insights and recommendations for senior executives and business leaders

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
