About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant- Chief of Staff to support the Operations Executive for Collateral, Flood & Trade Operations in Commercial Banking Operations.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of senior leadership to drive performance and initiatives, communicate priorities, and key deliverables, and develop presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
• Lead meetings, advisory councils, and cabinets (as appropriate) to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
• Partner with strategic stakeholders including finance, HR, credit & risk management, marketing & communications, control and compliance, and technology.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
• Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
• Support strategic and tactical communications for the leadership team

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Chief of Staff Experience
• Prior experience and/or understanding of Commercial Banking fundamentals, including product and service capabilities, organizational structure and alignment, and internal process/systems/data.
• Extensive global business and transformation experience.
• Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
• Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
• Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus.
• Ability to present data and ideas in presentation form, including the ability to tell a story through words and pictures.
• Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change.
• Partner with Finance Manager and drive operational financial outcomes.
