About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Sr Lead Business Execution Constant to be a liaison between risk, compliance and controls to help day to day oversight and risk mitigation activities within Escalation Review & Root Cause (ERRC).In This Role, You Will
  • Support, consult, and provide ERRC artifacts for audit & exam requests in partnership with Production and ECR Operational Risk/Controls Team.
  • Identify operational risks and partner & coordinate on corrective action plans
  • Inventory management of issues across the ERRC
  • Facilitate routines with ERRC SLT to ensure awareness of Issue Management health across the ERRC
  • Implement corrective actions across the ERRC that effectively resolve open issues and corrective actions
  • Support the testing and validation of sustainability
  • Consult with Risk and Control partners to effectively raise issues, debate risks, drive corrective actions, and successfully hit issue management milestones
  • Control Health Oversight Routines
  • Assist Control owners to performs audit walkthroughs of control execution
  • Gathers artifacts for control evidencing and packages them for audit partners
  • Aids in the design of net new controls and coordinates implementation to execution phase with the team
  • Acts as SME on specific controls when working with internal audit, issues management, control partners, operations leaders, etc.
  • Ensures control policy requirements are cared for in the operation; documentation, evidence, and process
  • Potentially Execute Operational Controls
  • Manage the inventory of required artifacts & control reporting for ERRC
Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working on control design and implementation
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Internal Control Policy
  • Experience analyzing process to identify gaps & risk
  • Experience working on Issues Management initiatives
  • Experience with process design and change management
  • Experience conducting or facilitating audits
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience putting together Executive Summaries and Business cases to influence the direction of a department, project, or group
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
  • Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives.
  • Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders.
  • Leads by example with transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Superior business consulting and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to strategically review situations and diagnose opportunities and interventions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision.

  • Management consulting experience with a top tier firm.
