Wells Fargo is Hiring a Lead Business Execution Consultant - CPG Design and Construction Programs Near Scottsdale, AZ

About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate Properties Design and Construction, Construction Program team to lead and manage capital improvement construction projects across the Wells Fargo real estate portfolio. These projects may include, but not limited to, LED lighting upgrades, solar panel installation, ATM refurbishment, signage upgrades, and retail branch refurbishment to meet the updated design language.
In This Role, You Will
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience with Commercial / Corporate Real Estate Construction Project Management - executing on Capital Improvement plans
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, and building solutions
  • Experience overseeing and driving teams toward schedule and budget goals, while identifying, tracking and managing associated risk factors
  • Experienced with MS Project
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present senior level communications
  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate Properties
