Wells Fargo is Hiring a Lead Business Execution Consultant -- Talent Acquisition Operations Near Des Moines, IA

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a LeadBusiness Execution Consultant to join our Business Process and Execution team within Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO). This position will focus on recruiting process development, consulting, business planning, and execution of initiatives and technology optimization. In addition, this position will focus on implementing change management strategies in support of transformational initiatives, while minimizing risk to business operations.
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to drive critical projects and key initiatives in alignment with TA's strategic priorities.
  • Design recruiter, manager, and candidate solutions
  • Promote business/change readiness, and support efficiencies within the recruiting end to end process.
  • Partner with HR Risk to identify alignment gaps, potential issues, and identify solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Drives concurrent workstreams while incorporating process and technology design.
  • Develop or update process, tools, and resources in response to Enterprise, Business Unit, policy, or technology changes.
  • Execute and facilitate change readiness activities for TA and TA Operations
  • Manage critical and special projects across enterprise talent acquisition teams, business aligned talent acquisition team and across Human Resources (HR).
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Global TA Operations Experience
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following HR Disciplines: change management and organizational development
  • Experience leading, managing, and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience partnering and influencing Business Leaders, Recruiting Leaders, and HR partners.
  • Enterprise program management: needs assessment, developing strategy, influence, and execution
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience developing and delivering dynamic executive presentations using visualizations to translate data and metrics to concise storytelling.
  • ATS system experience, Workday and Beamery highly preferred
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX; Chandler, AZ; or Phoenix, AZ.
