Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of Wealth and Investment Management. This position will sit within the Product Development organization that supports Banking, Lending, & Trust. The group develops technology to help capture business opportunities and solve challenges related to products and processes. In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Lead or participate in driving technology initiatives for complex business problems through research, analysis, and communication efforts
• Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for business solutions
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide solutions and manage product schedules and deliverables
• Participate in story writing and validation of acceptance criteria
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data analysis to identify creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services.
• Process management and change delivery experience
• Experience with supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of initiative effectiveness, business performance improvement opportunities, and assisting with the identification and management of the operational risks for Wealth Investment Management (WIM) in Banking Lending & Trust (BL&T)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Skills in planning, execution, and quality assurance for complex testing projects
• Familiar with test data management and conditioning, test scenario development, and UAT coordination and execution
• Experience in Securities Based Lending (SBL)
• Experience with Loan Accounting systems, Loan Underwriting systems, and Collateral Management systems
• Experience with Agile process and use of Agile Jira
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in writing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for system changes
• Project experience to include: ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, prioritize projects, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
• General understanding of Bank Lending business processes, regulations and policies
• General understanding of Bank Loan documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) skills
• Ability to renegotiate deliverables to meet changing project production deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
