QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree) with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated
• Team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

This role sit ONSITE out of the Charlotte, NC office.
