Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Insights Product Manager to join SDI's Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking (CB-CIB) organization. This individual will be responsible for creating digital experiences for all Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking clients. Creates and enhances UI components for external clients enabling best-in-class digital experiences and capabilities across multiple asset classes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
• Act as key participant in large-scale planning
• Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product, functionality, experience area
• Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Make decisions in digital strategy for product, functionality, experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong mix of strategic or design thinking and execution with scrum teams (i.e. Figma, JIRA or similar)
• Leverages reporting, data, and analytics to enable insights for feature enhancement & product management (i.e. excel, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, PPT)

Desired Qualifications:

• Agile mindset with experience with multiple methodologies (i.e. kanban, scrum, waterfall, etc.)
• Focuses on capabilities needed to enable digital and customer UI in addition to daily Product responsibilities
• Enabling data and insights for external clients to manage capital within foreign exchange, securities, and multiple investment asset classes
• Supported applications for external Commercial, Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking clients using web & mobile
• Collaborates closely with UX/UI Design & Tech partners
• Built reusable features and UI components that can work across multiple LOB's and asset classes
• Excellent written & verbal communication and ability to navigate changing priorities and ambiguity

Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
