In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in complex product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or service
  • Review and analyze data for new products or enhancements.
  • Resolve complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
  • Lead projects, act as a product owner within an agile team. Participating in agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are clear to designers and engineering teams.
  • Creation of business requirements by coordinating with various partners ensuring business objectives, needs, and approaches to solutions are accurate.
  • Translate requirements into prioritized, action-oriented deliverables with measurable success criteria.
  • Drive new features, capabilities, and product changes interactively and continuously with cross-functional team members.
  • Manage and execute conception, testing, and launch of product features
  • Create and deliver communications on product status, risks, and issues. Build leadership level materials describing approach, status, roadmap. Present key materials to product leadership
  • Interact internal consumers to understand their needs and assess product fit, analyze the business context and help design business solutions
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Advanced strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience building relationships including engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience researching, and analyzing, confidential information
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience with Data Security and Privacy policy and procedures
  • Experience with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Financial Crimes, Regulatory Operations, and Unusual Activity Report (UAR) processes, procedures, and/or regulations
  • Experience with Agile methodology, framework, and product management
  • Knowledge and understanding of all phases of project development and testing lifecycle
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • Experience navigating multiple computer system windows and applications
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
