In This Role, You Will
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions which upskill people, and help evolve how teams work together
  • Lead complex initiatives and pose open, thoughtful questions to help rethink and change the way work is structured
  • Translate theory into practical and tangible actions that evolve how teams work together, by facilitating the learning and adoption of Agile principles and practices with teams and managers
  • Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and product delivery concepts across all levels of staff, and coach leaders to consider readiness, complexity, pragmatic strategies, and the structure required to support software and enable transformation success
  • Review and analyze complex challenges, while guiding teams in the use of metrics for continuous improvements and data inspired decisions
  • Utilize maturity assessments to understand team and product area needs to help design viable coaching plans that increase levels of team and product maturity
  • Coach for continuous delivery of customer centric work including management and prioritization of product backlogs, and iterative application development using modern engineering practices
  • Partner with peers and leaders to guide behavioral shifts with managers and development teams, with an emphasis on evolving planning, innovation, and personal development to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and product owners on Agile and product practices; coach technology and business in innovative ways to resolve issues inherent in application of the Agile methodology
  • Use data actively to create transparency, and pressure test product features and functionality against customer needs
  • Collaborate strategically and consult with peers, partners, and mid-level to senior managers to share and evolve proven practices for beneficial product management
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years of experience supporting Wells Fargo enterprise related technology projects
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with project to product transformations
  • Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
  • Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
  • Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
  • Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practices
