About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant on the Workforce Management team within Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). This execution consultant will coordinate, develop, and implement solutions and processes across the Workforce Management team. To be successful in this role, the individual will possess a strong understanding of workforce management practices, tools, and project management for operations, contact center and business utility functions. The workforce management team works to support staffing strategies to include tactical forecasting and scheduling, real-time capacity monitoring, capacity planning, and back-office workload support for CSBBO contact centers and delivery teams. In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Partner across the workforce management team to understand current solutions and processes in place and identify solutions, system configuration, and processes to solve business problems.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership to the team and peers.
  • Act as application business owner and complete compliance requirements related to oversight of business applications.
  • Ask as model owner completing model governance requirements related to oversight requirements of models.
  • Assist in planning and executing various programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team members in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
  • Capture and refine requirements, user stories, including business readiness stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product backlog aligned to the team with a vision and goal.
  • Remove impediments to achieve outcomes across the team acting as product owner and/or product manager.
  • Ensure Stakeholders are informed of changes in the product backlog and provide regular communications on completed and upcoming deliverables.
  • Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4 years of workforce management and/or workforce optimization experience
  • Experience with call center workforce management tools (Aspect, Verint, IEX, Nice, etc) including business configuration administration experience.
  • Experience in project management with multiple distributed stakeholders.
  • Experience capturing business requirements.
  • Experience with user stories and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with executive level presence with the ability to translate complex analysis and insights into relevant business discussions with diverse groups of leaders and organizations.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
