About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Documentation Processors to support Consumer and Co-branded credit cards within our Cards and Merchant Services Group.

In this role, you will:

• Perform a variety of credit card application validation duties to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize various methods to gather and evaluate information, including contacting applicants by phone
• Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine items as necessary
• Independently manage an assigned pipeline of applications in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and adherence to bank compliance policy and procedural standards
• Interact with immediate team on routine processes
• Partner with other areas such as Underwriting, Inbound Contact Center, and Fraud as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with systems such as CUSP, FDR, IRRIS/XPM, SVP, or similar
• Knowledge and understanding of credit cards
• Independent self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline of work
• Ability to analyze applicable policies and procedures to ensure the financial integrity of customers
• Proven strong phone etiquette skills
• Experience collaborating with other team members and lines of business to evaluate challenging situations
• Customer service focus and creative problem-solving techniques
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and decision making ability
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:

• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday with no restrictions, between the hours of 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Additional shift details will be discussed during the recruiting process
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to attend full duration of required onsite training period
