Wells Fargo is Hiring a Principal Business Execution Consultant Near Minneapolis, MN

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Execution Consultant to join the Client Relationship Group Branch Infrastructure team.
In this role, you will:
This role will be part of a small, but highly influential and visible team, and as such, the individual will be expected to interact, present, influence, and maintain relationships with leaders across CRG and WIM - many times leading work or initiatives independently (i.e. with minimal day-to-day guidance from their direct manager). Many times, they will be called upon to direct work and execution plans through the collaboration and reliance on partners and teams across CRG to ensure transformation is achieved. They must have strong understanding of business drivers and processes and be an effective influencer that has credibility and an ability to offer credible challenge as needed (many times bringing data or reasoning to back up their perspectives).
The successful candidate will be an enterprise thinker with demonstrated experience in building and executing strategic plans and roadmaps while leading change across organizational boundaries. He/she will also have experience partnering with senior and executive management to connect strategies across multiple groups, refining thinking and focus, and gaining buy-in on direction and priorities. We are looking for a creative problem solver who is able to quickly identify roadblocks and provide solutions or workarounds. Additionally, it requires strong communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver effective executive presentations and summaries. Flexibility and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done will be critical.
